I am an experienced Home Manager, having worked my way up from care assistant through to management. Gaining experience at every level has helped me to understand how a care home needs to operate in order to meet our residents' needs and ensure that they feel comfortable in their homes.
I joined Watermoor House in September 2024 and am looking forward to developing the home further from its strong foundations. This beautiful care home has so much to offer - with its lovely setting, caring staff, and wide range of activities for residents - and I am excited to be able to bring my skills and expertise to the organisation.
