Thank you also for your feedback on communications between staff at handover. We are currently reviewing this as part of our continuing improvement plan and hope that you will see some positive changes in the coming weeks. If you do have concerns then please come and speak to one of the managers or team leaders here at the home so that we can address these promptly.

Thank you so much for your review, we always try to ensure our resident's comfort and it makes us very happy to know that this has worked for him of course, if this is the room he would like to stay in we are more than happy to accommodate that. Thank you again for your kind review.
Thank you for giving a review of Watermoor House. We always welcome feedback, and it helps us to improve. I am pleased that the care staff care for your sister well and apologise that you feel her bell is not answered in a timely manner. The staff do their utmost to be as quick as possible in answering bells, and unfortunately, at busy times of the day, there can be a delay; we have recently changed the way the care team work their tasks, and this has had a positive impact on the timing of answering call bells which I hope you will now notice. Showers are always available to residents, and with the resident’s preference and choice, the care staff work to these preferences along with the care plan. The unfortunate incident of the meal being given was rectified with the appointment being made a home visit, a lesson learnt for communication within the home; we apologise for this happening and are working hard to ensure this does not happen again.
Thank you for the lovely review. We are glad your mother is enjoying her time here, I will pass the feedback on to our activities team and gardening team.

This beautiful care home has so much to offer - with its lovely setting, caring staff, and wide range of activities for residents - and I am excited to be able to bring my skills and expertise to the organisation.
