Overall care cannot be more highly recommended
Excellent: Very homely. Staff very attentive and always friendly. All diets catered for. Individual care needs taken into account.
Very good overall care but please do something about the laundry. Too many articles of clothing are given to the wrong resident despite having name tags.
My mother is a very new resident but so far everything is going well, she seems to be settling well and the staff I have met are all friendly and caring. It is such a relief to know she is safe and being looked after
If you need care, this is a good place to be. The staff are caring and friendly, the food is good and I have a lovely room with far reaching views.
Small and cosy, with only eleven residents, Yercombe is a very homely and friendly place. Every resident is made to feel special. The building is quite old and the rooms old fashioned, but mum loves hers (especially the spectacular view from her window- the sunsets over the Berkeley Vale are amazing!) Staff are very kind and professional, the food is delicious and her room is kept very clean. Mum is unwell so doesn't join many activities, but she enjoys a good chat with staff during "knit and natter".
