Bournville Grange is a home offering a relaxing environment for residents to receive professional and compassionate care in.

The home has well maintained gardens and residents are encouraged to take part in light gardening activities if they are keen gardeners.

A wide variety of activities is also on offer, including arm chair exercises, puzzles and live entertainment. The home has its own goldfish and cockatiel which residents a supported to feed and look after.

All meals at Bournville Grange are freshly cooked on site and the home works hard to make sure the preferences and tastes of each individual resident is met.

My mother came to the home last August. Prior to that, she had been in a rehab hospital as she had suffered a stroke. Her progress since coming to the home has been amazing. The staff have been so supportive. Her speech has improved and her mobility is way better than whilst she was in rehab. Truly
wonderful staff!

As a family, we are delighted with the progress our mother has made over the past twelve months. The staff have been most caring and kind. Bournville Grange provides a homely atmosphere, fun and special to both residents and their families.

This place is fantastic.
Our mum has been there for some years. The staff are brilliant and care for the residents so well. They always go the extra mile to make sure the residents are cared for and fun and they are very caring. I highly recommend this care home.

The staff have gone over and beyond to assist us in helping mum move into the home in a very difficult time for us all. Mum has received great care and is treated like a family member. She is shown respect and kindness and she is very well looked after. The atmosphere in the home is very relaxed and
every time I visit I am impressed with the welcome I receive. Mums room is comfortable and spotless. We know mum is in good hands there.

Lovely, patient staff who genuinely care and show compassion to all residents.
Dad's dignity is always respected.
Food is perfect. Dad enjoys everything.
He's not really one to take part in activities - he's always been like that!
He's really happy here which takes the worry from my shoulders.
Bournville
Grange should be congratulated. I really appreciate all you do for Dad.
Thank you.

My sister has been at Bournville Grange for over two years and I am very happy for her to be there.
Her room has always been clean and tidy, with the staff helpful and caring, after your own home, it's probably as good as you can get. The lounges and dining rooms are homely with nice gardens outside.
It
is also secure, with entering and leaving through locked doors opened by one of the staff.

On the whole, I and my brothers have been very happy with all aspects of the care given to our brother and have always found all staff friendly and helpful. Today's photo event was brilliant and must have taken a lot of time in planning, so well done all of you.

Staff have been friendly, welcoming and warm. You can see that they have taken time to get to know our friend whom we visit. They have worked hard to adjust to her needs, made her comfortable and encouraged her with her interests and preferences.
The Grange itself is a very clean place with a relaxing
atmosphere. There are lots of lovely places to sit, wide windows, huge and stunning garden, friendly pets. We've heard that the food is fantastic! I'm very impressed with The Grange.

In the 4 years I have visited I have seen consistent care and interest in my friend. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. Today I got the impression that great energy is being put into, not only care but social activity for the residents.

My mum has been at Bournville Grange for 3 years. Over that time there have been great improvements. There are more activities for residents, the staff are happier and more settled. There is more interaction between residents and staff. Any concerns are taken seriously and I feel able to trust the staff
as it's clear they have my mum's best interests at heart. I would assure anyone thinking about a family member coming to The Grange that staff will take good care of them.

When the family realised mother had to go into care we were concerned about how she would react, leaving her home and living in a care home. After a very short time, we realised that having mother living at Bournville Grange was the best thing that could have happened. The whole family agreed that this
was because of the professional and excellent care provided by the management and care staff.

Bournville Grange provides a homely friendly atmosphere that residents can experience. The staff are very welcoming and obliging, always eager to please. My father has benefitted from being a resident and his varying needs are catered for and care and medication is adjusted to meet my father's needs.
The staff responded well when additional medical support was required due to my dad's failing health and a trip to hospital was organised quickly.

Although our mother has only been here for less than five weeks, she is displaying signs of improvement. The care she receives in wonderful, this has been noted by all of her family. We all make regular visits and see first hand how caring all members of the team are towards our mother. She is well
looked after and, for the first time ever, loves the food.
As her son, I now look forward to my mum having quality of life.

My mother has been living in Bournville Grange for 12 months. The genuine care and love she has been shown and given has been exemplary. I cannot praise the staff at Bournville Grange highly enough. The managers and staff are wonderful, always welcoming, always approachable, always smiling. The home
provides care to the highest professional standards. It is spotlessly clean, the food is good and there is a terrace in a lovely garden. There are lots of extra little touches, for example, all the ladies were given beautiful orchids to wear on Mothering Sunday, entertainment and celebration at different festivals throughout the year. I recommend Bournville Grange most highly.

This residential home is peaceful! Residents are happy and talkative. They are well looked after and staff show genuine interest in every resident. There are no "CRISIS" situations - I'm just comparing Bournville Grange to a care home dad was in last year where residents were shouted at. Staff at Bournville
Grange are kind and understanding. The manager and staff should be congratulated for their sterling work.
