They made mom and dad feel at home immediately so much so they are both now permanent residents. The care given to my parents is phenomenal, the food is excellent and the other residents appear happy and content. I have been here many years and on the whole, the carers are excellent, willing and helpful although now need little help so are sometimes are forgotten early morning.
