My mom has dementia and we had to put her in this care home. Its a lovely home all the carers and staff are very helpful and caring. The food looks really nice, my mom seem's to be happy there. They do a lot of different activities for them which is great. I'm happy she is in this home.

The home provides entertainment and special days to stimulate and provide enjoyment for residents and families. All the staff are caring, friendly. competent which translates into a pleasant environment for residents and families alike.

Birkdale care home is small and personal, a home from home, the carers and residents seem to be one big happy family, it has such a warm lovely feeling. My mm settled in straight away, staff are all so kind and caring and treat residents with respect and love. I would definitely recommend this care...
The building is dated but undergoing mayor renovation. I feel very lucky to of got my mom into Birkdale. Thank you so much for looking after her so well. I feel reassured knowing she is happy and safe.
