I was welcomed in by staff who were excellent and kind treated well whilst there food and drink was very nice enjoyed conversations with staff and other residents.
I have found The Limes to be the most comfortable and happy place for my niece. She has settled in very well so much so I have no worries when I visit and leave. The staff are the most dedicated to the residents and make it such a comfortable and happy place for all the residents.
The Limes is a lovely care home and gives a very bubbly and comfortable, and welcoming environment. I love coming here on a daily basis with my company and spending time with my client. We always have a good laugh and smile, and play games where they win. The staff are always lovely and willing to help, and it shows through the care they give the clients within the home.
My husband is having extremely good care. All of the team work well together which means my husband has the best care. The team are very open and friendly but also very honest about my husband's care and behaviour. I am very impressed with how quickly they respond to all his needs. They are also very good with myself which takes me aback. Not all establishments are also for the spouse. I no longer worry as I did before as I know the standard of care, cleanliness and the calm way they treat everyone, I know he is in the right place.
The feeling of the home from home environment means happy clients and families and a complete feeling of calm and warmth always.
