Mum's Birthday - Thank you for inviting my husband and I to lunch to celebrate mum's 92nd birthday! It was lovely to sit and chat with mum and her friends, and also for providing mum with a birthday cake and flowers. She isn't one for a lot of fuss, but I know she enjoyed the attention and especially Terry singing 'Happy Birthday' to her. I have a video on my phone of her singing along to some of his songs! Also, thank you to the member of staff who brought mum a glass of sherry! It was a very special day for us all! Thank you to all of the lovely staff at The Grange who work so hard to make the residents happy and comfortable!

The Grange has a happy atmosphere and staff appear to be able to exercise kindness and care to residents, as well as making it easy for us to visit and spend time with our mum. Knowing how stretched the UK care system is, I think the staff and management at The Grange are performing wonders in a difficult and demanding service.

Overall Experience

There is a new management team at The Grange who are genuinely approachable, responsive, and compassionate, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality care. They have created a really supportive and well-run environment where residents and families feel cared for and listened to. All of the staff take real pride in their work, and it shows in the daily routines and the individual care given to each resident. It's very reassuring to know that your loved one is being looked after with such dedication and kindness. I highly recommend The Grange.
