Lucia joined The Lodge in December 2013 as a carer and was subsequently promoted to a senior position. She has completed her level 3 in health and social care and hopes, in time, to train to become a deputy manager.
I joined The Lodge in 2000 and during that time I have undertaken various roles including care assistant, activities coordinator and, most recently, administrative assistant.
Over the years I have seen many changes at The Lodge, and am proud to have been part of the growth and development of the home to the welcoming, comfortable, and safe home from home that it now is.
