My mum is in Braceborough Hall whilst my dad is in hospital. It is a lovely place! The building itself is beautiful and has several lounges and a dining room for residents. There is also a shaded deck area, and my mum enjoys walking in the garden. The staff are wonderful - helpful, caring and always smiling.

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely feedback about Braceborough Hall. We are really glad to hear your mum is comfortable and enjoying her time here, especially while her husband - your dad is in hospital - we hope that brings you some comfort during this time.

A very homely and person centred atmosphere. The focus is very firmly on the residents, seeing to all their needs and being very supportive. Mum and Dad have felt so welcomed here, as have their family members visiting.

All the staff work incredible hard on behalf of the residents ensuring they are very well looked after. The home has kept our parents together and worked hard to accomodate their wishes. It is very much appreciated everything that has, and continues to be done for our parents.

Reply from Vaida Devene, HR at Braceborough Hall Care Home

We are truly touched by your lovely feedback. Knowing that your mum and dad feel welcomed, supported, and at home is exactly what we strive for every day. Keeping them together and ensuring their wishes are respected has been a priority for us, and we're so pleased this has made a positive...

My sister has been in this care home for about 3 years. The care she has been given is second to none. When she came out of hospital they learnt her to walk again, the care they give is exceptional. I can never give this care home enough praise for the way there staff goes that extra mile to give excellent service quality in the care they give there and the food is good too. Well done to all of you.

As my mum has been there for nearly a year. I've noticed that care provided as been really good. Friendly, polite, home from home it feels - manger, all staff easy to talk too if we have a query, health ect. the home is always clean orther resident that have there are smalling, chatty throughout. Communication has improved. Nice to see them treat all residents individual and dignity and respect throughout there shifts. If people as were my mum is I always recommend Braceborough Hall. Would be nice if there were more places like these as they become scarse now days.

My Mother has now been a resident of Braceborough Care Home for 18 months and the standard of care she receives is exemplary. This is a lovely homely care home which provides the reassurance you need when the time comes for your relative to make the move to residential care. The staff are wonderful, competent and knowledgeable and with that extra and very important advantage of being kind. Of the three Care Homes my mother tried, this was definitely the best and I absolutely recommend them.

Braceborough Hall staff are very caring and attend to my mother's needs. They have got to know the person she is today and show their kindness in a way that she can appreciate. Despite her eating very little the menus are very much in keeping to her era and are tasty and well presented. The staff take an active interest in residents needs and pleasures.

My father (97) has been in Braceborough Hall Care Home since January this year. All the staff are superb at what they do, making my father feel that it is his home. Dad's mobility issues and failing functions, due to his age, must create daily issues but all the staff here really do so much to help him. Nobody wants to go into care through choice but at Braceborough, they certainly go above and beyond all expectations.

Beautiful care home with amazing staff that go above and beyond their duties. As a family, we can't thank the staff enough for the care our father/husband/grandfather was given over the last 2 years until he peacefully passed away.

Mother looks very well - hair beautiful, generally appears well cared for and clean. Had complained to me about the minimal care given when being helped to settle for the night, who is male. Mum takes ages to try to get herself comfortable after he has abruptly left her.
The home appears very cosy, warm, comfortable and clean.

Carers take the role of cook because of a shortage of staff.

The staff try very hard to give person-centred care. The building is older but promotes a homely atmosphere. The food is traditional British food but cooked and presented well. Activities are provided on a regular basis with outside entertainers, e.g. singers, often visiting.

Braceborough Hall Care Home has been caring for Mum for just over two years. We are so very pleased with the care Mum has received. It has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere, which makes Mum feel secure and cared for. We are kept up to date with her care and we feel secure knowing she is happy and safe. Thank you to all involved in Mum's care, five stars from us and Mum. From a very grateful daughter.

The level of care provided to my mother is second to none. The setting is amazing, rooms are bright, airy and scrupulously clean. You can tell as soon as you walk through the door that it is a happy place. The staff are very caring and ensure that every single resident is made to feel like they are family. I just cannot recommend Braceborough Hall enough.

My mother receives exceptional care and kindness from the staff in this well-maintained care home, set in beautiful surroundings and gardens; the views from the windows add to the enjoyment of this home. Entertainment provided and activities for residents to enjoy are excellent. Relatives are welcomed and included in care planning to ensure the best outcome for residents and families.

Both my parents stayed at Braceborough Hall Care Home for 2 weeks of respite care, they could not talk highly enough of the quality of care received, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Would highly recommend both for respite or a longer stay
