After 23 years in the nursing and care industry, Sue Burcham had a dream to open a Care Home. She achieved this in 1985 when Bracebrough Hall opened its doors. With a true passion for her profession, she worked tirelessly to establish the Hall as one of the premier homes in the area, whilst serving as chairperson for the Lincolnshire Association of Care Homes, driving the care home standards for 20 years.
Due to ill health, Sue is no longer involved with the running of the home, but her husband John is continuing to ensure Braceborough Hall maintains its esteemed reputation and that it offers an inviting home away from home for all its residents.
