I am very satisfied with my son's care. The staff seem very caring people and he seems to be quite content to live there.
My brother is at Great Glens he is very well supported. The staff are very helpful always giving me updates when I visit each week. They are kind and encouraging with my brother. Very happy with his level of care. I find all the staff friendly and compassionate. The building has good accessibility and is safe and secure. I feel happy knowing he is well looked after.
I am very happy to go out and walk the dog with Nesta. It breaks the week up and give us something to do it also has alot of appeal where we take the dog very pleasing on the eye. Nesta is always good and quite a chirpy soul and she never fails to cheer you up.
