Review from Sue T (Daughter of Resident) published on 27 March 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

The staff are warm, friendly and treat mum kindly and with humour. Mum's health is well monitored and appropriate medical staff are always contacted if there's any doubt. Mum had c-diff in the past and had to be in her room for 6-8 weeks and she never got a bedsore and the staff treated her with dignity and empathy throughout. Mum enjoys the staff contact, the food and the view from her room.
