The staff are amazing and really care about the people they look after. We cannot thank them enough especially Tracy who is completely dedicated! We don't know the names of all the staff but would like to call out Mina and Z.

The team at Passmonds House are truly exceptional. My dad has lived there for the past two years and is very happy, settled, and well cared for. He has built strong, genuine relationships with the staff, and as a family we've done the same.

On the rare occasions we've had minor concerns, the manager has responded quickly and addressed everything with care and professionalism. The whole team work together to keep my dad safe, well, and content, and their communication with us is consistently excellent. We're always kept informed about any changes to his care or support.

The home has recently renovated its gardens, which are now a lovely, peaceful space to sit outside with my dad when the weather is nice. Its location next to Denehurst Park is ideal too, giving us the option to take him out for a walk whenever we choose.

If you're looking for a beautiful home with a dedicated and compassionate staff team, I would highly recommend Passmonds House.

Dad has advanced double dementia, I moved him to Passsmonds when the home he was in said they could no longer meet his needs.

Dads room is very nice, clean, spacious, well equipped with his own bathroom.

The doors to the rooms are real front doors in various colours with their number on and even a letter box giving the impression of home.

The staff made my dad's transition to a new home easy and he is happy there.

There are 3 well-appointed lounges with staff supervision.

There is good banter between residents and staff.

All members of staff work together to ensure residents enjoy their time there.

The manager goes above and beyond ensuring the home runs smoothly.

My mum has been resident at Claremont Lodge Residential Care home for 1 year and 5 months. The staff are really caring, and balance her independence with making sure her has fantastic care. As a registered nurse I know what good care looks like, an I have never had to make a complaint about her care (unlike her time in hospital). If I needed to raise an issue I know the team would be receptive to this and would quickly take action to resolve this. Some years ago my aunt was a resident at Claremont Lodge before her death. Many of the staff are the same staff caring for my mum, who cared for my aunt. Therefore staff turnover is small. They don't rely on bank staff. The staff are an excellent team who care for my mum and the other residents so well. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I and my mum feel part of the Claremont Lodge family.

I can't thank the manager and all her staff enough for the outstanding care of my elderly mum during her residence at Passmonds House until she passed away peacefully recently. In my numerous visits to see her, there was always a pleasant atmosphere in the residence and I was also very impressed with the professionalism and understanding of the staff towards the needs and comfort of the individuals who lived there.

Furthermore, I found the building and its surrounds to be attractive and enjoyable being adjacent to mature parkland, while the trees, shrubs and plant beds on the grounds add to the amenity of the place.

I therefore strongly recommend Passmonds House as the ideal residence for anyone in need of specialised care in the area.

My mother suffers from dementia and I honestly believe that there isn't anywhere better she could be. Her personal hygiene is always good, the hairdresser comes regularly and the staff know my mums likes and dislikes better than me now. The staff encourage her to come down to the lounge daily and spend time encouraging her to eat meals and snacks, which she wouldn't do without this help.

Mum very well cared for - staff lovely and always clean and tidy in her room - and the whole place.

In her short time at Littleborough Home for the Elderly, the care our mum received was outstanding from every member of staff. Our family will be forever grateful for the kindness, empathy and compassion shown towards us and our mum during her end-of-life care. An excellent care home, with wonderful staff.

My mother, who suffered from dementia has been resident for about 18 months, she is very happy there and often thinks she is on holiday. The staff are friendly and welcoming and care diligently for the residents. The home is always clean and tidied. The staff have given a lot of thought to making it look like a family home. I think its wonderful that the food is cooked fresh and this is a key to my satisfaction with the home. I would be devastated if this was changed as I am very aware how important good nutrition is.

Excellent staff very caring. The facilities are very good. Lift always works. The place is calm and tidy. The rooms are spacious and tidy.

I cannot express how much I am grateful to the team at Littleborough Care Home. They supported me through moving my grandmother from another home. They provided advice and support above and beyond what I would have expected. Upon arrival, the staff were just fantastic, they welcomed my grandmother into their family. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away after just four months, but in the time she was at the home she thrived. The love, care, attention, dignity and respect shown to her just went to show I had made the right decision to move her there. The staff are amazing and each room is lovely and kept to a high standard. The communal areas are open and welcoming and there is a buzz about the place. When it came to end-of-life, they were respectful, and supportive, and showed real compassion and support at what was a very difficult time. To the very end and beyond, my grandmother and myself were treated with dignity, love and respect. I would recommend the home to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Nothing too much trouble for all staff.

The Management team are extremely helpful and does their utmost in these difficult times. Our friends are very happy and love being involved in the upgrade of their home ie decoration and being given a choice. Also, go to great lengths in protecting the client's safety and do explain any changes to their families and friends it's lovely how we are greeted on our visits just like we are all family.

This is a great home as staff really care about the resident's health and well-being. My dad spent the last two years of his life here (he sadly passed two weeks ago) and it was so reassuring to know that the staff loved and cared for him and kept him safe and happy. Staff took the time to get to know him, and were very patient, so they were able to keep him calm and happy regardless of his wandering, loss of ability to communicate meaningfully, and other issues. His health was closely monitored, and conditions very well managed, and I could relax knowing that if anything was wrong I would get a call immediately. The home is clean and safe for those who like to wander and have dementia or similar conditions.

Very happy with the service these fabulous carers provide. Being a small care home means that the staff and residents get to know each other well which is a positive help. Particularly with the dementia residents.

My mother has been a resident at Claremont for five years. She is happy and settled. The staff, several of whom have worked there for many years, are caring and efficient and I am confident that she is receiving excellent care. Claremont is spotlessly clean, always smells fresh and the residents are clean, tidy and well cared for. The care home provides a family-like environment and the staff always have time to sit and talk to the residents or just to hold a comforting hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Claremont to anyone looking for a small, comfortable, caring, well run and happy home for their loved ones.

Laundry not very good, clothes ruined and clothes lost. Residents wearing the wrong clothes.

Clean and pleasant dining room and sitting room. Mum's own room is of pleasing dimensions. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. We are very pleased to have found Littleborough for Mum and believe, that as a result, she is living a longer life.
