We work on a banding system, low, medium and high. We also look at the settling in period for a resident as this can be a stressful time for everyone involved. Fees are subject to change but this can be discussed in full with the manager.

I can't thank the manager and all her staff enough for the outstanding care of my elderly mum during her residence at Passmonds House until she passed away peacefully recently. In my numerous visits to see her, there was always a pleasant atmosphere in the residence and I was also very impressed with
the professionalism and understanding of the staff towards the needs and comfort of the individuals who lived there.


Furthermore, I found the building and its surrounds to be attractive and enjoyable being adjacent to mature parkland, while the trees, shrubs and plant beds on the grounds add to the amenity of the place.


I therefore strongly recommend Passmonds House as the ideal residence for anyone in need of specialised care in the area.

My mother passed away peacefully last night at Passmonds house in the privacy of her own room, she had lived there since 2017 and was settled.
The care she received can only be described as first-class, cared for with respect and dignity.
I would like to thank the manager and her staff for looking
after her when I couldn't.

Good, now that new manager has been appointed who has been at this home for years. Prior to this, the home suffered through managers being only there for short periods which also impacted on the staff being there for short periods.
Now the staff seem settled and there are only a few changes in most
cases for maternity.

since the appointment of the new manager, there is laughter in the air. Changes to the home include newly decorated rooms and new flooring. My mother is very happy and content to reside here where all her needs are fulfilled.
