My mother has been at this care home since 11th November 2024. I am extremely satisfied at the level of care she has received. Her condition - dementia is a very brutal condition. The staff here are kind, attentive and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Claremont Care Home to anyone seeking full time care.

Dad is presently on bed rest for a pressure area they have identified. They have asked nursing teams to review regularly. Dad has fluids in his room and they turn him throughout the day. The team are great at getting my aging dad up with dignity, for meals and drinks.
Staff always kind towards my husband and myself throughout his stay at a very difficult and testing time.
Excellent staff always accommodating with family and so beyond expectations. Highly recommend this Care Home which is definitely a home.
My Dad has been at Claremont for a few years now and he is very happy, we could not have chosen a better home for him. Staff are the best in every way, kind, caring, patient and very friendly. Food is wonderful according to my Dad.

My mother is really happy at Claremont Care Home and settled in very well. The staff are kind, patient, caring and friendly giving the place a real family atmosphere. They are also very approachable to discuss well-being issues. They organised a Jubilee Party last summer in the garden, it was a fun and happy occasion. Last week the residents sang carols in the lounge by the lovely Christmas tree, with lots of smiles and laughter. The residents can join in as much as they like but privacy is also respected. It puts my mind at rest knowing that my mother is in a safe environment and is enjoying herself.
