Mum has settled in well and is happy here. The staff are experienced and provide good care and support. If I have any specific instructions or information to handover to the staff, they actively listen and are receptive to my requests or concerns.

I have seen some evidence of exercise / music activity from an external co-ordinator but I think there is room for further activities to provide stimulation to residents and also to utilise the lovely grounds.
Overall I'm very happy with Mum's care and how she has settled in at Craignair.

I would highly recommend this care home.
Staff are excellent, Caring, friendly and helpful. Always welcoming to visitors and knowledgable about the residents. Always help my mother in law from her chair to her Wheelchair and back so we can take her outside or to another room. Tricia particularly is amazing.

my nan has been here for several years after moving from different care homes over the years and she has really settled well and all the staff are fantastic , nothing is too much trouble and always happy, clean and friendly home.

The staff not only go above and beyond for our relative but they also ensure fairness amongst family visits. We have been able to build a strong rapport with the staff. They are extremely good with the little ones and family.

My Mum was admitted to 'Craignair' at the start of May 2020. I had looked after her for 7 years, as she wished to live by herself and remain independent. She was always very vociferous about this. Unfortunately, Alzheimer's and physical frailty had started to take their toll over the last few...
She is now 92, living in a place where she is properly cared for by professional and caring people and being treated with the respect and consideration she so richly deserves. And, most importantly, she is happy.
