Since joining Peacehaven in 1999, Lynne has been a central figure in the home’s continued growth & stability. Starting her career in the accounts department, she has gained invaluable insight into every aspect of the home's day-to-day operations. Her dedication, work ethic, and natural leadership have led her to become the manager of a devoted team, spanning the kitchen, care staff, domestic services, health & safety and administration.


Lynne takes immense pride in her role and carries her responsibilities with care and integrity. She is deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for every resident aged 65 and over who calls Peacehaven home. Her hands-on approach and strong relationships with both staff and residents reflect her belief that a successful care home is built on trust, compassion and teamwork.


A natural problem solver, Lynne brings calm clarity and practical thinking to every challenge, making her a natural leader and trusted partner to the Board of Trustees. Together, they work to uphold the values of Peacehaven and ensure the charity continues to provide exceptional care— not just for today, but for the future of those we serve.

Charlotte plays a vital role within Peacehaven, as the Care Lead, she takes on responsibility for ensuring that every aspect of care delivered within the home is responsive to each resident’s individual needs.


With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults, Charlotte is committed to providing personalised, compassionate and consistent support to all residents. Her approach centres on dignity & respect — ensuring that care is not only delivered professionally but with genuine warmth.

A relative newcomer to Peacehaven House, John has quickly become an integral part of the team. He is responsible for ensuring that Peacehaven remains fully compliant with all policies, procedures and regulations set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the body that governs and inspects care homes across the UK.
