I'm really happy with the care from the care staff team at Ashfields for my beloved mother. They are a caring and dedicated team who worked tremendously hard to look after my mum. All their hard work is very much appreciated.

I can't praise this home enough. From start to now I love the place I love the staff nothing is too much my mum has looked better in 2 months than she has looked in 5 years.
Thank you everyone for the fantastic job you all do I'm so impressed.

I'm actually a registered nurse and unfortunately I'm very aware of standards and policies and honestly I can't praise them all enough thank you for everything you do.

Overall Experience

I would recommend Ashfields to anyone. The home has a stable workforce whose staff are warm, friendly, and professional. The high standards set by the manager are reflected in the excellent level of care that I have witnessed first hand, from the frontline carers to the kitchen staff, cleaning & laundry staff and maintenance staff. My mother has lived here for a number of years, and I am kept well informed of any changes in her health and wellbeing. This gives great peace of mind and makes visits all the more enjoyable.

Overall Experience

Ashfields is really a fabulous residential home, the staff are amazing, they are caring, and hardworking, and they put the residents first, my mother came to stay at Ashfields last October at the age of 97, my mother can be 'difficult' and the staff are gentle and patient with her, they look after her in the best possible way, and that gives me total peace of mind, the home is warm and clean and there is always tea and biscuits at the ready. When I grow old I would be very happy to spend my golden years at Ashfields care home, Macclesfield.

I hold NVQ levels 2,3 and 4 along with the managers award and D32/D33 NVQ assessors award which have equipped me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for effective care home leadership.

My long tenure at Ashfields has given me comprehensive insight into every aspect of residential care from frontline service to staff supervision and compliance with regulatory standards. I pride myself on being approachable, reliable and proactive in promoting a positive environment for both residents and staff.
