Best care home in Macclesfield lovely homely interior, fabulous food and amazing staff. All really friendly and professional would be very happy to recommend it to anyone. It feels more like a hotel than a care centre. The atmosphere is very pleasant and all the staff are extremely caring.

My mum has been a resident at Genesis Care Home since December 2022 and in that short time, we found that she has improved immensely. The staff are professional, competent, friendly and caring and cannot do enough for her. The food is brilliant and the activities they provide are excellent. Mum has
been in a care home previously in respite but I can honestly say, without fear, that Genesis is the best one by far.
The decision to send a loved one into care is a decision that is very hard to do but sometimes it is the best for all concerned. So if you have made the hard decision to place your loved one in a care home, I would highly recommend Genesis Care Home.

Outstanding...my mother is still here.
The staff are so friendly, kind and full of empathy.
My mother is in her mid 90's and had Covid twice (this shows how much care and attention my mother got through it).
They are always doing fun and wonderful activities.
My mother is so happy here.
I cannot
thank all the staff enough for all their care for my mother.

My mother was resident at Genesis Care Home for two years, during which she received excellent care from the dedicated, friendly staff. There was good continuity of staff so she had some good friends ar a time when it was not easy for us to visit her due to the 160-mile round trip.

I never phone in advance so I drop in at Genesis to visit my relative without warning on a fairly irregular basis. I am very pleased, therefore, to always find her room clean and welcoming. My relative, who can do little for herself now, always has clean clothes and looks cared for. The staff have endless
patience with all the residents and I regularly see the same faces which I hope is a sign of a happy working environment. In the two years, my relative has been in the home the family has never had any serious issues or complaints. Please keep up this standard, Genesis!
