My mother was resident at Genesis Care Home for two years, during which she received excellent care from the dedicated, friendly staff. There was good continuity of staff so she had some good friends ar a time when it was not easy for us to visit her due to the 160-mile round trip.

I never phone in advance so I drop in at Genesis to visit my relative without warning on a fairly irregular basis. I am very pleased, therefore, to always find her room clean and welcoming. My relative, who can do little for herself now, always has clean clothes and looks cared for. The staff have endless patience with all the residents and I regularly see the same faces which I hope is a sign of a happy working environment. In the two years, my relative has been in the home the family has never had any serious issues or complaints. Please keep up this standard, Genesis!
