Starting off in my career as a care assistant I completed my NVQ 2 & 3 in health and social care, since 2009 I completed my NVQ 4 in health and social care and NVQ 2 in team leadership my role then became a senior care assistant.
My passion for my job grew and with working alongside a great team over the years, having a great relationship with outside professionals and thriving to learn more skill and knowledge I decided to progress my career and in 2016 I became the deputy manager, I feel great pride in what I have achieved and continue to feel awarded by making people feel happy and safe in their retirement. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration as well as a Diploma in Customer Service, which support my commitment to delivering high standards of care and service.
I've worked as an administrator for Winnie Care for the past 20 years, and it's a role I'm genuinely passionate about. I take pride in being the behind-the-scenes support that helps the home run smoothly. I enjoy the variety in my work — from managing records and coordinating with healthcare professionals to supporting staff and families.
