Sherwood is a detached building situation on Clifton Street in the small town of Rishton. Sherwood is attractively decorated to a high standard, with 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms all with co-ordinated bed linen and curtains. There is also a large lounge, kitchen and dining room which allows service users to interact with freedom and independence. Sherwood has been designed to be as comfortable as possible and be a home away from home.
They have a wide range of recreation activities and they are more than happy to accommodate any other hobbies or social activities.
Respite/holiday and convalescent care is also available based on availability.

Excellent facilities & security - attentive staff - food always appears adequate with a good selection for residents. Only one staff member when I've been which whilst adequate for the majority of the time, there are occasions when I feel extra would be advantageous

My mum has been here almost 12 months now. She is very happy - she thinks she’s in a hotel and says she is well looked after. Every carer is so easy to speak with all of them are worth their weight in gold... bless you all.
