Alexander Care Home is a lovely place to live, my Mum Kath age 81 arrived a difficult time during covid. After covid it was lovely to see the home running beautifully by all the caring staff. All staff greet you with a smile . Recently my mum has become an active participant in most of the music activities that happen several times a week. It is lovely atmosphere when singers & musicians visit the residents. My mum is very happy and I have peace of mind on the days I'm not able to visit her. Recently cooked meals have changed to a new provider, my mum is enjoying the new menu. Thank you to the Management & all Staff hope you continue to provide this lovely care.

My mum, 75, has Alzheimer's and moved into residential care after a hospital stay. After an initial placement elsewhere, we chose Alexander Care Home, where she has lived for four months. From the first conversation with Alex, the owner, we felt reassured. The home has a warm, family feel, and the staff are friendly, caring and clearly valued. My mum enjoys spending her days in the lounge with others, which is vital for her social needs after living alone. We are confident she is happy, safe and well looked after, and we highly recommend Alexander Care Home.

My father has now been in Alexander Care home over 12 Months. Before moving into Alexander he spent some time in another care home, the experience for him and our family couldn't be more different. Night and day. Dad feels supported and cared for by the staff and management, as a family unit we feel there is genuine care for Dad. The best thing I could say from a personal point of view, is if I had to go into care Alexander would at the top of my list.
