We are obviously living through surreal times. The staff are working extremely hard to ensure they are keeping themselves and the residents clear of this virus. I won't forget what a fantastic contribution you are all making. A wave through the window is all I can do for now. Keep up the good work, you are all heroes.

My mother has been a resident in the care home for several years. The staff look after her very well, the bedrooms are spacious and the food is very good.

I think the home is understaffed and there have been three managers this year. This needs to improve.

The staff are always ready to oblige, polite and friendly. Residents appear happy and well cared for. Additional staff would help original staff to be able to attend to all the demands of the residents to ensure the staff are not pushed to other limits in this highly demanding environment.

The staff work extremely hard and are very caring and considerate. The new manager is a very kind, caring person and if we have any concerns gets them sorted.
The staff are as good from the kitchen staff to the cleaners, carers and management.

The dining room is lovely how the tables are set out (more like a hotel, wonderful).

I find the care home to be clean and well organised. The management and staff were lovely and keep me and my family well informed. The home seems comfortable and the staff, even though they are always extremely busy, do their utmost to provide the best care that they can. I feel confident that my mum is safe and looked after properly. A very kind, friendly atmosphere.

The home is always very clean and tidy and the staff are brilliant. The residents have a lot of activities to do and many take part in planned day trips and planned events within the home. The home has a very welcoming and homely feel to it with period features.

My mum has only been in the home for a couple of weeks and is very happy there. The staff are lovely very friendly. They have told her to press her buzzer anytime. You can visit anytime and patients are checked on an hourly basis. Although mum has not joined in yet there are plenty of activities. Mum is always clean and tidy and doctors are called if needed.

I am very happy that she is being looked after very well and with dignity.

My mother has been in Beech Tree House for three years and has always been well cared for during this time.
I have always found staff to be very approachable and polite. Mum is always clean and tidy and her room is always kept neat and tidy.
Now that Mum is unable to do anything for herself, the staff seem to spend a lot of time just chatting to her and giving her reassurance and company which is very much appreciated.

Although Mum's memory is very very poor, she still says how happy she is and how kind the staff are.

My friend has only been here a short while but appears to be well cared for.

She obviously wishes to be home but is impatient. She has been asked to do exercises and she will then be home soon.

We are having a problem getting my father a suitable bed for him to sleep comfortably on a night. The bed he is in now is far too small for him and he is hanging out of the bed.

At 97 years old I think it is appalling that he can not have a bed that he can sleep in comfortably. His health is failing fast and he is now in bed all day, but because he doesn't reach the criteria in weight he can't have one, even though he is 6ft2 and 16st.
