My dad came for respite in July and has since become a permanent resident. The staff are lovely, they look after him well and are very understanding to his needs and myself and family know that he is safe. They always keep me updated with what I need to know and are happy to answer any questions...
The manager and owner have been very supportive and helpful with the moving in transition and have provided me with support when I've needed it as well as dad.

My mum has been a resident of Royal Court since Dec 2014.She has been bedbound for just under 10 years.In all that time she has not had any bedsores which is just incredible.The care she is given is wonderful.The staff are dedicated and caring and my mother is happy at the amazing age of 104.

Hayley has worked in the care sector for over 30 years, building her career through dedication, compassion and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
She began her career as a Care Assistant before progressing into administration and activities, gaining valuable experience across many aspects of care home life. Hayley then advanced to Deputy Manager before spending the last 10 years as the Registered Manager of a well-established care home with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding care.
Having recently joined Royal Court Care Home, Hayley is committed to leading a caring, supportive and professional team that puts residents at the heart of everything they do. She believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness and respect, while receiving care that is tailored to their individual needs, wishes and preferences.
Hayley is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home.
