Overall Experience

The owners and the staff of this care home are wonderful. My mother had excellent care from the kind, caring and professional staff. Her health improved greatly during her time there. The whole team are amazing, and I will be forever grateful to them.

Meet Hayley - The Registered Manager at Royal Court Care Home

Hayley has worked in the care sector for over 30 years, building her career through dedication, compassion and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

She began her career as a Care Assistant before progressing into administration and activities, gaining valuable experience across many aspects of care home life. Hayley then advanced to Deputy Manager before spending the last 10 years as the Registered Manager of a well-established care home with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding care.

Having recently joined Royal Court Care Home, Hayley is committed to leading a caring, supportive and professional team that puts residents at the heart of everything they do. She believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness and respect, while receiving care that is tailored to their individual needs, wishes and preferences.

Hayley is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home. She also believes in building strong relationships with families, recognising the important role they play in each resident's life and encouraging open communication and partnership.

Her goal is to ensure every resident enjoys the highest possible quality of life, supported by compassionate care, meaningful activities and a dedicated team committed to making every day enjoyable and fulfilling.
