My mum is at Risedale. The carers treat her with care, love and respect. She recently had her birthday and they made her feel so important. She is always clean and well dressed and her room is always clean and tidy. The home always smells fresh and clean and tidy. I am sorry that I cannot look after mum at home, but I am so glad I have found a home that is the next best thing.
The staff and manager are lovely and always give me a warm welcome.
All the residents are really happy and always look well cared for, it’s like one big family!
