I'm Rebecca and I am pleased to introduce myself as the Registered Manager for Elmsfield House. I have over 10 years of experience in the care sector, I bring knowledge in both person centred support and management. I have worked for Elmsfield House since 2018.
I have experience and training in many aspects of health and social care, including safeguarding and quality monitoring. My background has allowed me to build open relationships with local authorities, the CQC, families and friends. We have created an inclusive culture which I work hard alongside the team to maintain. My goal is to provide excellent care, structure and continuity, fostering a home where laughter and friendships develop. I am also very interested in feedback to help us continuously improve.
At Elmsfield House, we are dedicated to provide a warm and welcoming home for all of our residents. We strive to bring love, support, kindness, and fun into the lives of every person who uses our service. Our mission is to foster a supportive environment where everyone feels personally valued, respected and safe.

Hello I'm Lorraine and Ive worked at Elmsfield House since 2018. I have worked several roles in the home and I am very excited to be working with the leadership team as the Relationship Manager. My role is very mixed, I spend a lot of time with residents and families. My purpose is to improve quality of life and enable residents to have their voices heard. I am a keen advocate for peoples rights and I am passionate about bringing fun and laughter to the home every single day. I strive to be compassionate in everything I do and you will probably find me somewhere in the home chatting away with families and residents most days!
