Glenmore Trust Reviews (5)
Over all time Glenmore Trust has 5 reviews.
My daughter has been using this service for the last 12 years, we have only good things to say. Staff are fantastic, caring and reassuring. My daughter enjoys her time here. They cook a lovely Sunday roast, which she adores. She often goes out on trips in the mini bus to the lakes and thoroughly enjoys her time with the other service users. Wouldn’t use any other respite service.
Thank you very much for leaving this review. The most important feedback for me is that of the families and individuals who use the service, it's lovely to read both for me and new families coming through. Thank you.
My brother has always enjoyed his stays at Newton Road and the activities undertaken whilst at respite. He is often not sure that he wants to go before his visit, but never shuts up talking about what he did and how much he enjoyed it at respite.
Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback, we really appreciate it, we look forward to welcoming your brother back into respite soon.
All in all it all seems to be working well. On the whole my son enjoys his stays and outings and enjoys socialising and people watching. He is given his own space and likes to watch his DVDs before he settles down to sleep. As long as my son has his own routine then he is settled.
Thank you for leaving this positive review, we really appreciate your feedback , we look forward to welcoming your son back into the respite service.
My daughter has been going for respite over two years now. We couldn't wish for better care, she can get anxious when going but on arrival all the worries disappear, all the staff are very friendly and feels like home. Her needs are always cared for, keep up the good work Team Leader and all the team.
Thank you for your five star review, we're absolutely delighted to receive it, I will be sure to pass your kind words onto the staff team, we look forward to seeing your daughter later on this month.
We regularly use Glenmore Trust Penrith as my son is very happy staying there for periods of respite. It's been a godsend to us as parents to find somewhere my son likes to stay when we need a break, we really couldn't do without them.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us, we look forward to welcoming your son back into the respite service early next year.
