Overall Experience

I can only describe this residential home as truly wonderful. The engagement, respect and dignity shown towards the residents is outstanding. Visiting regularly here, we are made to feel so welcome and I can honestly say we feel part of a family. The staff go over and above to ensure they provide the best care possible. The home provides a comprehensive activity programme, trips out, fayre's, coffee mornings etc. My mother-in-law has thrived in her time in here and I personally believe this is down to the engagement of the wonderful staff.
