My father has been a resident at Bryn Derwen Care Home for the last eighteen months. It was one of the hardest decisions to put him in 24-hour care however he has blossomed since being there. He is happy and the staff are always so welcoming when we visit. The atmosphere is always warm and homely, the
food looks lovely. Dad is always clean, tidy and clean-shaven.
The carers are always kind and loving towards him and the two acclivity coordinators take into consideration his own personal needs and have a person-centred approach.

Haven't seen my mum look so well and engaged in a long time but since going to live in Bryn Derwen the care she is receiving has made such a difference. Really lovely staff who make you feel very welcome despite all covid restrictions.

During the past couple of weeks our mother has been particularly poorly and the support and dedication to keeping our Mum comfortable, cared for and safe has been nothing short of exceptional with each member of the team going above and beyond the call of duty in caring for our Mum.
