Pine cottages provides residential living for people with a learning disability and/ or autism.
The cottages allow individuals to live either semi-independently, as part of a care pathway, or for those who may benefit from intensive support on a one to one or two to one basis, depending on the complexity of their behaviour.
-Males or females aged 18 yrs + who have a diagnosis of a learning disability and/ or autism and/ or other associated conditions.
-Prior to the initial 12 week assessment period a ‘compatibility’ assessment is carried out to make sure that residents can be supported to live well together.
