Overall Experience

Both my parents were cared for at Pen-Y-Gelli over a four year period. They were treated with the utmost dignity and great care. They felt part of a family and the care and compassion showed to Mum and all the family during and after my father's death was exemplary. The management fulfils their role to a very high standard and always ensured that my parents' ever-changing care needs were always met.
