Residents are given an individual support plan upon entry, based on their specific needs. Individuals are helped to integrate into the local community and form new relationships and are given support to maintain existing relationships inside and outside of the home.
Staff at Trevelyan support individuals' recovery by measuring progress in areas including managing their mental health, enhancing living skills, building social networks and building self-esteem to maximise independence.
Trevelyan has en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, a large outside games room with music and a private garden.
