Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Parent is happy and able to request anything at any time as there is always someone around. Parent can be as sociable as they like or choose to stay in own room.

My mother entered Hollyland Lodge in May of this year. Initially, she was unsettled but soon began to settle down. Mum is safe and well looked after. The staff are amazing with her. Whenever I visit I always get a warm welcome and a cup of tea. Nothing is too much trouble and that makes me less stressed, having had a bad experience with her previous home.

The resident, a lifelong friend, was admitted to the above residential home in unfortunate circumstances, she has been welcomed and treated with love and wonderful care. As a weekly visitor, I am unable to give any opinion on management, activities or value for money,

I am impressed with the high standard of care that my mother is receiving. I find the staff have a very caring and friendly approach. I try to visit the home once or twice a week, sometimes I have a meal with my mam and it is very kindly appreciated.
