Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Level of care for dementia patients is shocking, my mam had a fall they were all flapping like little girls who wee'd their pants. One carer remarked she was there all day and she didn't just pop in. They were arguing with doctor and paramedics. I wouldn't leave them look after a pet. SHOCKING

If you would like to discuss your mam's care please contact us directly or contact her next of kin, our staff always act professionally, they didn't argue with a paramedic or doctor, we have a duty of care and procedures we must follow after a fall and they didn't agree with the action others were asking them to take.
