Ty Melin

The staff in this care home are amazing, they go above and beyond to make the service users feel at home, they are caring and considerate and very understanding, I can't thank them enough for the lovely way they look after my dad, thank you all so much.

My father who suffered from advanced dementia was a resident for 5 months and the care and support Dad received during the Covid pandemic was outstanding. Dad was always treated with respect and dignity by all of the care staff. I cannot recommend Ty Melin highly enough.

Ty Melin looked after my mum who had mixed dementia. The staff are the kindest, caring people I have ever met. From the owner to the housekeepers, they treated Mum with kindness, love, respect and most importantly dignity. Moving Mum to a home was one of the hardest things we have had to do, but they made our decision easier to deal with. Mum loved it there and loved everyone taking care of her. Nothing is too much trouble here. Seeing the residents' faces light up when they see the staff coming to them is wonderful to see. You can genuinely see they treat the residents as if they are their own family. I would recommend Ty Melin in a heartbeat. If you want to know your loved one is being cared for and looked after, then this is the place to go.
