Ashbury House Reviews (4)
Over all time Ashbury House has 4 reviews.
My son moved into Ashbury House inJune 2016, previously he had lived at home. The whole move was organised to fit in with my son. Staff are very caring and welcoming. His days are tailored to his needs and what he likes to do. It is like home from home and he is happy there.
Overall level of care very good, food is good and good choices. My aunt loves living here. Staff take time and make sure her needs are met. When visiting it's like home from home. I am kept up to speed with all that goes on in my aunts life. We meet up or I visit on regular occasions. My aunt in herself is very happy I would say.
Our daughter is very happy at Ashbury House. The staff are very caring and she is looked after very well. One thing I would like to point out is the manager is doing a very excellent job.
My daughter has been at Ashbury House for several years and normally I visit once a week. I am always welcomed and all staff are respectful and of good humour. The house is clean and warm (inside) with a fair level of décor. Such food, as I see, is well prepared with the clients requirements foremost. Client cleanliness and appearance is of a good standard. The manageress has most things at her fingertips and never fails to communicate to me all problems with my daughter promptly. On the adverse side car parking is at times a problem. The lounge lighting is dismal at best.
