During the Covid pandemic, the management and staff took all necessary steps to ensure the safety of residents, and facilitated zoom calls and outdoor visits according to the regulations at the time.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of the management and staff, and we have no hesitation in recommending Parade House.
The staff are incredible, kind, understanding and really care for their residents.
We are so very grateful to Parade House Care Home and highly recommend it with no qualms at all.
The house is well-appointed with a very homely atmosphere and a range of activities caters for a variety of interests. Visitors are always made welcome and events such as tea parties and the Christmas party add to the family feel.
I would recommend Parade House without hesitation.
My Mother-in-Law was well cared for with love and affection during her stay at Parade House. Unfortunately her stay was far too short, due to her death at 95. The House is delightful with well appointed accommodation. It has a family atmosphere, and it feels like their own home. The Owner is a wonderful lady who is very caring and thoughtful, and nothing is too much trouble for her. My husband and I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home for your loved one
My mother lived at Parade House for six and a half years, and passed away there at the end of February. In all her time there the care and affection shown to her by all the staff members was outstanding, and during the last five weeks of her life the care they gave her was above and beyond their duty of care. I cannot praise them highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
My grandma lived here for 6 1/2 years and recently died here after a 5 week illness. She always had the most amazing care here particularly in her last few weeks. I could not fault the staff or the level of care provided. I could not recommend this residential home enough, you would be lucky to live somewhere like this.
She herself has described Parade House as a home from home and whenever I visit, states how happy she is living there.
I think it is that good, I would like a home like this when my time comes.
We couldn't wish for a better home for my mother-in-law. She is so happy there and is so well cared for.
A unique family atmosphere created by a caring staff in delightful accommodation.
Very friendly, homely home. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of activities organised for residents. Resident are cared for and respected feels like home from home.
You would search for miles to find such a wonderful care home. My mother has just died there after living there for seven years. The staff are all remarkably well chosen and trained. They are without exception, dedicated loving, kind, open, friendly and very good at what they do. After seven years of visiting mum, who was very happy, they are like my friends always so welcoming and helpful. My mum died there after several weeks and being very ill and bed bound, nothing was too much trouble. They washed, fed and toileted her they got her a ripple bed, with good liaison with the GP and district nurses. The day and evening she was dying the loving care and support the family received from the staff was sensitive and exemplary very skilful. I have the utmost gratitude and respect for the way in which this amazing care home is administered and run. Thank you.
I am being well cared for.
