Bodelwyddan

The team at Bodelwyddan are exceptional, the care they provided for my family member was home from home, always felt like we were very welcome anytime! The home is spotless and the staff are all lovely, felt we could phone anytime to speak to my aunty whether it be early morning or late evening.

My mother was a resident at Bodelwyddan for four years. She passed away in December 2020, aged 96. From the moment I first entered the home in 2016 I knew I had chosen the right place for her. The house itself is delightful, spacious inside and a lovely garden at the front. It has old world charm, especially the dining room with its open hearth fireplace. Everything about the home speaks of its warmth and hospitality. The staff became family friends. The way they care for residents is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble as they helped my mother settle in. All of the residents had smiling faces whenever I visited. The interaction between staff and residents should be particularly commended. I shall always be grateful to Bodelwyddan for looking after my mother so well during the final years of her life.

This is a fantastic care home. They looked after my dad who suffered from dementia until his passing last year. My mother is now a resident due to a bad fall she had at home a few weeks ago. Bodelwyddan is really home from home and nothing is too much trouble for the fantastic staff that they have there. Thanks to you all.
