All round fantastic experience and the best decision we ever made to move Mum here from a different home in Welshpool! Thank you so much! It is the best home and only choice! The staff, managers, and the home itself are beautiful.

I would like to give a huge thanks to all the staff at The Hermitage for caring for my dad. The management team have been extremely helpful with updating his family regarding his condition and have always communicated any changes. All the staff have been so helpful, kind, courteous to my dad and visiting
family, they have always gone that extra mile to ensure that my dad is comfortable and his family are welcomed. I wanted to express how grateful I am for all the care my dad has received through these very difficult times during the COVID Pandemic. I feel that the staff have been so professional, hard-working and have shown so much kindness under such difficult times, I honestly think they all deserve recognition and appreciation for caring for our most precious members of our family. I can honesty say that all the staff at The Hermitage are amazing, wonderful and I feel it is necessary that I congratulate the team for their amazing hard work and dedication!
