My mother moved to Simeon Care Home in February of this year. She settled in well. Simeon is a wonderful care home and it is the kind, caring and dignified support which she receives from every member of the dedicated team which makes it a special place. My mother is physically stronger since her arrival and the care is excellent, including nursing and medical care. She is happy in herself and regards Simeon as her home. Thank you to everyone at Simeon, my mother is in the best environment which exudes a tangible warmth and caring ethos. We, as a family, are delighted that we chose Simeon for our mother.
Good level of care in the main . Whilst the level of staff on shift is considered adequate as an outsider it appears very stretched . The new 12 hour shift system no longer allows for consistent care and it must impact on the level providing a more holistic approach that Simeon endeavours to provide
