Kirstie started at Southpark in 1997, as a Care Asistant.
She worked her way up to Senior Care Assistant, Officer in Charge and then Assistant Manager, achieving her SVQ2, SVQ3, SVQ4 and Professional Development award in Supervision on the way.
This year she completed her SVQ in Care Leadership and Management. This is a testament to her commitment to continuously improve her knowledge base.
Throughout her time at Southpark Kirstie has been commited to providing, and supporting care staff to provide, genuinely person centred care.
Annette joined Southpark in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant, having worked with the Brothers of Charity for 10 years.
She has her SVQ3 and Professional development award in Supervision and completed her SVQ 4.
Annette is a dedicated advocate for the ladies rights and works closely with the care team to ensure that Southpark's ethos is at the heart of everything they do.
