I put my trust in this place to look after my my mother in respite care but when I returned 2 of her diamond rings had been stolen from her hands. The treatment I got from the home was disgraceful. The Assistant Manager calling me 'obnoxious' for asking questions, the manager not bothering to take my calls and eventually admitting via email she didn't know what to do. The owner and director told staff not to speak to me and refused to name the person they used to paint my mums nails. A full criminal investigation took place and the owner and director took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever for the thefts. These rings haven't been off her fingers in the 48 yrs I've been alive and they didn't fall off. The care inspectorate have refused to include this in their reports as its a criminal matter! Disgraceful! The home has zero cctv cameras.
