Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, management has no input once the hospital has deemed a resident unfit to return. The assessment carried out by the HSC staff is final. This bears no reflection on the management of our home. It is due process. Again thank you for taking the time to review and I am glad you are happy with the home overall.

Sarah-Jane has worked in the Care Industry since 2012. She has completed NVQ 2 & 3 in Care for the Elderly and completed her Diploma, Level 5 Leadership and Management course in Health and Social Care. Sarah-Jane became the Home Manager in January 2021. She enjoys working in Towell House; stating she is looking forward to leading the staff and maintaining the high standard of care Towell House is known for.
Nicolle started working in Towell House in May 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant. Nicolle has a Degree in Health and Social Care and in July 2020 she started training to be a manager. She took up her new position in a managerial role as a Care Coordinator in November 2020. Nicolle finds her new position here in Towell House very rewarding; stating she enjoys the diversity of her role and getting to know all the residents and their families.
