Overall Experience
Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I can pass on regarding the care given to my mother during her stay at Crozier. Mum was treated with compassion and respect and measures taken to maintain her dignity. Her safety needs were met, as mum was reminded to walk with her rolator. Mum was also reminded to press her buzzer if staff were needed. Mum's sight is poor but she really enjoyed the days craft was taking place and a lot of help ensured she was kept involved.
Crozier is spotless and a nice fresh smell is present on entering. All of the care staff, kitchen staff and cleaners work well together to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere in the home. Staff were very welcoming to us as relatives and always had a smile and a wee chat during our visit.

A huge thankyou from my mum and family. Keep up the good work.

Overall Experience
My mother used Crozier House for short-term respite between hospital and home.
Excellent facility with all efforts to make layout homely and comfortable. Small number of residents with multiple lounges and private rooms. Immaculate standards of cleanliness. Added to which regular rota of staff and volunteers who without exception make efforts to put short-term residents at ease e.g. referring by name, chatting and trying to comfort for anxieties or confusion, finding out food preferences to try and encourage a small appetite etc

I never had a moment's concern about the standard of care for my mother's stay. I would recommend the facility to anyone in similar circumstances.
