Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident at Anniscliff House since early 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she receives. The staff are kind, patient, and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and valued. The home is clean, welcoming, and well-managed, with a warm atmosphere that gives us peace of mind. We're truly grateful for the compassionate and professional team looking after her

I pop into Anniscliff regulary. I just love the lovely warm welcome that the girls give when they answer the door. I love how those girls have a lovely rapport with my mums friend and how happy and content she is. Anniscliff always seem to have wee events and plans for the residents like crafts, music and bingo. They even have wee Anniscliff newsletter great way for people to know whats going on.

I think the best way to describe Anniscliff is definitely "home from home".

Friendly staff. Caring nursing home.
My friend spent 3 years in Anniscliff prior to his death, however, he loved every minute of Anniscliff. Loved the service and the food.
Very clean nursing home, of which I often praised the staff. 10/10

Plenty of activities for the residents, my friend loved the neighbour's chickens, which reminded him of his younger days on the farm.

Overall Experience
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff at Anniscliff House for the excellent care and attention provided to my mum. My mum is very content in this environment. When visiting Mum, I am always welcomed by kind and caring staff and it is so rewarding to watch how staff communicate and engage with Mum despite the challenges she has due to Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline.
My mum recently took unwell and thanks to the diligent observations of staff, medical review was sought in a timely manner and Mum required a short stay in hospital. Following discharge from the hospital, Mum was immediately welcomed back when she returned to Anniscliff House and attended to so that she settled back into her routine. This was really comforting and appreciated by my family and I. It is very evident that Mum is safe and well cared for in Anniscliff House and as her daughter I am very grateful.

Thank you management and staff at Anniscliff House.
