My mother has been a resident at Anniscliff House since early 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she receives. The staff are kind, patient, and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and valued. The home is clean, welcoming, and well-managed, with a warm atmosphere that gives us peace of mind. We're truly grateful for the compassionate and professional team looking after her
I think the best way to describe Anniscliff is definitely "home from home".
My friend spent 3 years in Anniscliff prior to his death, however, he loved every minute of Anniscliff. Loved the service and the food.
Very clean nursing home, of which I often praised the staff. 10/10
Plenty of activities for the residents, my friend loved the neighbour's chickens, which reminded him of his younger days on the farm.
My mum recently took unwell and thanks to the diligent observations of staff, medical review was sought in a timely manner and Mum required a short stay in hospital. Following discharge from the hospital, Mum was immediately welcomed back when she returned to Anniscliff House and attended to so that she settled back into her routine. This was really comforting and appreciated by my family and I. It is very evident that Mum is safe and well cared for in Anniscliff House and as her daughter I am very grateful.
Thank you management and staff at Anniscliff House.
