Review from Hazel R (Sister of Resident) published on 12 October 2022

Overall Experience5.0 out of 5
The care and support provided by the staff team and manager at Mountview has been second to none. My sister came to the home having lived with my mother all her life, staff there supported her through the death of my mother with empathy and understanding. My sister has some health issues which the staff
and management not only support her with, but they have also sought advice on how to enhance their own knowledge and understanding of. This has been especially relevant with her diet in relation to diabetes. Staff keep my brother and me well informed of all health care appointments or medical issues such as changes in medication. Staff have always communicated with us as a family in a courteous and friendly manner and have never made us feel as though we are taking up their time. The manager within the home leads by example, she knows the clients well and ensures that they are offered choices and personally supports them with healthcare and beauty appointments. Definitely no complaint.
