Overall Experience

My mum came to the Stella & Harry Freedman Home just over 2 weeks ago and I've never seen her so relaxed and happy. The love and care shown to my mum is out of this world! My mum has mixed dementia and the way that she is looked after is simply wonderful! All the staff are angels. The food is fantastic, my mum is eating so well! I cannot thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for the way you've welcomed my mum. I love you all, you are all amazing! Jewish care are the best.

Overall Experience

I spend a lot of time in my room except for meals and occasional entertainment. Have difficulty with mobility problems. Find staff could be a bit more supportive in asking if we need anything? Feel ok? Maybe a cup of tea? They rarely stop and ask, apart from one or two. Food could be hotter and more balanced often. Help with personal care in the mornings is very good.
