St Vincent's Nursing Home

After qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1993, I consolidated my clinical knowledge, initially working as a Nurse within the NHS before moving to Social Care.

I have held a range of posts, which have included complex case management in the community, practice development, Staff Nurse and Registered Home Manager.

I joined the team at St Vincent's in May 2025.

I have worked at St Vincent’s since 2017, when I joined to bring the Finance function back in-house. I am responsible for the Finance and HR departments, preparing budgets, management and year-end accounts, and payroll.

I enjoy getting to know residents and their families and supporting them with any funding arrangements. I have been a qualified accountant for 30 years, and my financial career has spanned many sectors, including construction, property, and recruitment.

I started at St Vincent's in September 2024, integrating the leadership of our Premises, Housekeeping, Catering, and Reception teams together into one department.

I bring a wide range of skills and qualifications that place St Vincent’s on a successful path in our regulatory compliance.

I joined St Vincent’s in December 2019, bringing my knowledge and experience from the NHS and background in supporting persons living with Dementia.

I work alongside my senior colleagues, with the goal of continuously raising the quality and standards of St Vincent’s by championing improvements that support the Senior Nursing Team in ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
