I began my life at St Vincent's in November 2018 at the age of 90 years. I did not have any illness at that time and I am happy to write that I continue in good health.

I enjoy outdoor life especially my 9.a.m daily walks in the local woods. The activity programme organised for us within the building is also very varied and welcomed. Having a chapel within St. Vincent's with daily Mass is special.

Absolutely amazing. St Vincent's was recommended to me by a friend whose relative was in full time care there & said she was the happiest she ever saw her. My husband has been in respite there on several occasions & I can only say that its home from home. Thank you to everyone 5*

I am writing about our experience of having respite care. This is essential to enable care at home to carry on for longer. St Vincents has been very helpful and every time my husband uses the respite room, the staff welcome him and look after him very well. I am especially impressed with their willingness to undertake the management of his pump driven infusion for his parkinsons medication. This involved the team having training and coping with the system.

My Mother in Law is currently resident at St Vincent's. She became a resident during the second half of April. The whole process for her to be accepted was handled very quickly, efficiently and with care and understanding throughout. We are regularly kept informed of anything relating to the resident and with every contact with a member of the team you just get the sense that they really do care. Could not recommend St. Vincents enough. It is the sort of place that I would want to be resident if I had to.
Thanks

Steve

From the moment we visited St Vincent's we knew we had found the perfect nursing home for my father. The home is spacious, spotless and has a lovely big garden for residents to sit in and walk around. The nursing staff are very caring and look after the needs of everyone really well. The activity staff ensure the residents are entertained with various activities every day of the week. To know that my father is well cared for and safe in such a lovely environment leaves me with no doubt that S. Vincents is perfect for him.

My father spent around 6 months at St Vincent's. We were so happy to have found such a nice home for him when he could no longer look after himself.
The staff are fantastic and provide extremely good personal care while helping the residents share some experiences. The food is good and can be tailored to individuals´ needs and preferences.

The garden is lovely and laid out so that it is easy to take a resident for a walk (or a push), providing valuable fresh air and experience of nature.
