Having undertaken a major refurbishment programme, they offer quality bedrooms, mainly en-suite, supplemented by pleasant, welcoming and spacious lounges and dining room. There are televisions and telephone points available in each room, nurse call points, and are fully furnished.
Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms and, on agreement, can bring their own furniture. They are always open to visitors and the Manager is available for help and advice. The aim is to respect residents’ independence, privacy and freedom of choice, offering them person centred care.
The fees excludes hairdressing, chiropody, newspaper, dry-cleaning and any treatment by dentists or opticians. Fees for all nursing care excludes the FNC which is payable to the carehome.

A very caring and friendly Nursing Home. All the staff are wonderful and respectful, and all the needs of the residents are meet. The rooms are of a good size and the cleanliness is very high for the whole of the home.

I cannot fault this care home, carers are kind, genuinely care about residents and take time to talk to them and respond to their needs and requests. They take time to get to know residents individually. Residents have the opportunity on weekdays to join in with activities and games and the home...
