What a wonderful care home. The staff and management always had the interests of my father at heart.

I just wanted to write about the wonderfully kind and supportive staff that make up the care team at Crann Mor Nursing Home in Woking. My mother was treated with great respect and love in her final three months of her life by all members of staff. As her needs changed so did the support that she was
given, which meant that she remained at Crann Mor until her death which made it easier for her and for her family.
We were welcomed with offers of cups of tea at any time of the day and encouraged to visit as often as we liked. A very big thank you to the team for making my mothers exit exactly what I had hoped for and as comfortable and pain-free as is possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this home with staff who truly care about a person’s feelings and dignity.

It is very difficult when choosing a care home for someone you love but when, as a family, we chose Crann Mor for my mother-in-law, we couldn't have foreseen what a lovely, caring, place it would be. The staff were not only professional but were, as importantly, kind, compassionate, cheerful and genuinely
nice. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They cared for my mother-in-law as well as any of us family members could have done, had we been able, treating her with dignity and respect but always finding time to chat and laugh with her, something she liked to do very much. From the time she arrived at Crann Mor it felt like home from home. My mother-in-law was happy at Crann Mor because she told us. I will always be eternally grateful to the staff at Crann Mor and I too will miss them very much. Thank you Crann Mor, for everything you did for my mother-in-law, these words really do not express the extent of the gratitude I feel.

My father has been a resident at Crann Mor for over 18 months.
In that time, his mood, his happiness and general state has improved beyond all recognition.

My mother was a resident at Crann Mor for over 2 years, sadly she passed away in April 2018. The care she received was amazing!!! She was happy, clean and even put on weight because of the excellent food. Well done Crann Mor.
