My mum moved into this home in Dec 2023 and sadly passed away on 17/8/26, after spending two years and eight months there.
From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and caring. They were always there when my mum needed them and consistently went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, well looked after and had everything she needed. We were always warmly welcomed and offered drinks, which was such a lovely touch.
The staff genuinely care about the residents and always try to put a smile on their faces. There was a lovely, calm atmosphere within the home, but they also made sure there were activities throughout the week to keep the residents entertained and engaged.
I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and kindness they showed my mum. Knowing that she was comfortable, safe and being so well cared for meant an enormous amount to our family, particularly towards the end of her life.
I highly recommend this home!
